Furnace Filter Service
Furnace filter cleaned or replaced as needed (customer supplies filter). Vacuum all return air vent covers.
Dryer Vent Inspection
Inspect dryer vent for buildup on the dryer side.
Make recommendations for a complete cleaning if needed.
Garbage Disposal Cleaning
Cleaning your garbage disposal reduces bacteria and improves function.
Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors
Check to ensure functionality in case of emergency, replace common batteries each visit and replace faulty units (Additional fee for replacement or add additional units.
Check Fire Extinguishers
Check to ensure functionality in case of emergency (Additional fee for replacement or additional units).
Service Exhaust Fans
Vacuum and lubricate exhaust fans in bathrooms & kitchens to ensure efficient operation.
Door Lubrication
Lubricate coil springs on overhead garage door and hinges on exterior doors.
Sink Drains
Clean drains to the trap in kitchen and bathrooms to ensure proper operation.
Toilet Inspection
Inspect toilet for leaks.
Exterior Inspection
Inspect exterior of the home for wear or damage and make recommendations accordingly.
Light Bulbs
Replace lightbulbs throughout the property as needed (Additional fee for bulbs).
Inspect Caulking
Inspect sink, shower, & bath caulking for deterioration.
Weather Stripping Inspection
Inspect weather stripping around windows, doors & mechanicals.

Your plan includes 2 visits per year, once every 6 months.
Materials such as batteries & lubricants are included. Parts and materials such as air filters & light bulbs are not included but can be provided on site by the customer at time of checkup for installation.
After sign up, you will be scheduled for the first checkup, typically within 2 weeks.
We have TRUSTED licensed contractors such as plumbers & electricians that we can refer to you if the need arises. Pricing will be quoted independently per project.
The cost of this service starts at $399 depending on the size of the home and includes 2 checkups, once every 6 months.
